How do I update my order?
If you need to edit your shipping address or make any other changes to your order, please email us at email@example.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee order cancellations or changes but we will do our best to help!
How do I use a promo code?
You can enter your promo code at checkout. Enter the code exactly how it appears & apply- voila! Promo codes will not apply to sale items unless otherwise specified.
Shipping & Returns
Does Soludos ship internationally?
We do! We currently ship within Europe, Australia, Canada, and South America. Shipping costs and carrier options will be available at checkout and are calculated based on your location and weight of order. We do our best to offer you a range of affordable, efficient, and fast options to receive your new Soludos outside of the US.
Please note that all sizes on our sites are US sizes. Refer to the size chart for help with size conversions.

When will my order ship out?
We do our best to process and ship your Soludos at lightning speed, usually 1-2 business days processing time. During holidays, this can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.
How do I track my order?
Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status by logging into your account and clicking into your order information. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact us so we can help you track your order.
What is the return policy?
We want you to love your Soludos as much as we do! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund all orders. We accept returns on Soludos items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages. Purchases must be made directly from Soludos.com
Please email us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org to get started on your return. We will provide you with a return address and RMA form to include in your package that contains your order information so we can credit you upon receipt of your return. Original shipping, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non refundable. We will only reimburse the cost of the merchandise.
Please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number with whichever carrier you choose so you can follow along with the return and we can confirm that it has been delivered.
When can I expect my refund?
You will be issued a refund once your return is received by our warehouse. Refunds can take up to 8-10 business days to process and reflect on your bank statement. If your refund takes longer to process, please email email@example.com for assistance.
Sizing & Care
How do Soludos fit?
Most Soludos fit true to size and are available in US sizes. Sizing may vary across styles due to the hand-stitched nature of some of our shoes. Please check on each product page for sizing recommendations!
How do I clean my Soludos?
The best way to clean your espadrilles is with a damp cloth to remove dirt from the cotton upper. We also recommend mixing a little laundry detergent with water in a small cup and using an old toothbrush to gently brush your jute sole. Make sure to not get the soles wet!
The best way to clean your leather sneakers is with a mild leather cleaner matching the color of the shoe. You can also dip a soft white cloth in a mixture of warm water and mild dish soap, wring it out, and use that to gently rub out any dirt or stains. We recommend not getting your leather shoes too wet as they could stain or wrinkle the material. Finally, we suggest not putting them in the direct sunlight because the color can fade.

What forms of payments does Soludos accept?
Soludos.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Soludos Store Credit.
Does Soludos offer price adjustments?
Soludos gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-priced merchandise purchased through Soludos.com within seven days of the sale date. Just give us a call or shoot us an email with your order number and we will take care of it! Items not purchased at full price or not purchased through Soludos.com are ineligible for price adjustments. Items purchased using a promo code cannot be price adjusted.
How We Make Em
Where are Soludos manufactured?
Soludos are manufactured in our factories in China and Spain. Our production staff routinely visits these factories to ensure safe working standards. We also have third parties audit the factories at least once a year to ensure they adhere to proper labor regulations and working conditions.
What do I do if my product arrived damaged or defected?
We are so sorry to hear that your product did not arrive in tip top shape! For purchases made on www.soludos.com, please email us a description of the issue along with pictures at email@example.com and will be more than happy to assist you. If you purchased from a different website or retailer, please contact your place of purchase.
